The power of saying no
Every no you say to the world is a louder yes to the life you want.

Hey ,
The one trait that all successful people have in common?
They’ve mastered the art of saying no.
No to going to that party.
No to any distractions.
No to anything that doesn’t serve their dreams.
I remember one weekend in Thailand…
My friends were heading to the beach. Beers, music, girls - the usual thing that most people do on weekends.
They laughed when I said I was staying in.
They told me I was taking life too seriously.
But I’d made a promise to myself.
That weekend I was going to stay inside and work.
Just me, my notebook, my laptop, and a to-do list which didn’t care about distractions.
That weekend, one of my posts went viral.
I gained thousands of followers and got one step closer to achieving my goals.
Now I’m at 300k+ followers all because I mastered the art of simply saying ‘no’.
The truth is….
Saying no feels lonely. It’s boring. It feels like you’re missing out.
But every no you say to the world is a louder yes to your vision.
Try this:
Say no to one thing this week that pulls you away from your goals.
It could be:
A night out with friends
Mindless scrolling
Comfort
Anything that doesn’t serve your dreams
Then, use that time to do the things that gets you closer to the life you want.
Reply to this email with “I will say no to distractions” so I can see who really wants the life that they say they want.
I keep track of everyone who takes action because I want to stay in contact with winners.
Master the art of saying no and watch your life change.
