Pain is the shortcut

Let the fear of an average life push you towards change.

, If you want to change your life, then one thing has to happen first:

The pain of staying the same must outweigh the pain of change.

This is the main reason people get into shape…

The pain of looking in the mirror and being overweight is more painful than going to the gym and getting into shape.

For me the pain was living an average life.

Waking up to a 9-5 I hate, doing it for 40+ years, and then retiring when I’m old with no time to enjoy the beauty of life.

All while making someone else rich (the business owner who took risks)

The idea of this life makes me sick to my stomach.

But having this pain made the change happen.

Because every time I didn’t want to grind on my business, or go to the gym, I reminded myself of the alternative pain.

Most people don’t change because they distract themselves with weed, drinking, food, and entertainment.

And before they know it 40 years has passed and they finally wake up.

But it’s too late by then…

The system of life is designed to keep people in the rat race.

The world needs workers to function.

Try this:

  1. Write down exactly what your life will look like in 5 years if you change nothing. Be brutally honest.

  2. Write down what your life could look like in 5 years if you commit to the work every single day.

  3. Read both every morning. Let the first vision scare you enough to take action and create the life you desire.

Reply to this email with your dream outcome.

Really think about it and begin to visualise it every single day.

I ready every single reply.
