I almost gave up on everything at 19
How 1 year of discomfort helped me escape bad habits and change everything.

, this is the story of how Thailand broke me… and built me back stronger.
A year ago I was 19 and lost in life.
I smoked weed everyday.
Doom scrolled everyday.
Played video games all night.
Worked night shifts in a warehouse feeling like I was completely wasting my life.
Because I was wasting my life…

I didn’t want to live this life anymore.
I knew I was destined for more. So I made a tough decision:
I booked a one-way flight to Thailand, seeking a life of discipline.
No plan. No friends. Just discomfort and no bridge back.
I trained Muay Thai twice a day. Starting at 6am - 9am. Then again at 4pm - 7pm.
It broke me mentally and completely humbled me. But you have to hit rock bottom before you can bounce to the top.
And somewhere in that process of throwing up and getting punched in the face everyday - I came alive.
This is also the time I started my Instagram page. I wanted to show people it’s possible to change everything.
All it takes is 6 months of locking in and throwing yourself in the deep end.
Your life is literally a video game.
You’re the one holding the controller.
So ask yourself:
What would you put your character through to make him strong?
Would you give him an easy comfortable life?
F*ck no
You would throw him into hard sh*t until he became unrecognisable.
Look you don’t need to travel 4000 miles across the word to a remote training camp in the jungle.
But the lesson you should take from this is to do one uncomfortable thing every single day.
Because 7 days becomes a week. 4 weeks becomes a month. And 12 months becomes a year.
You’re the author of your own book of life and the whole book doesn’t change at once - just one page at a time.
Win enough pages and you win the chapter.
Reply to this email and tell me one uncomfortable thing you’re going to do this week.
I will read every single reply.
Talk soon,
